I recently acquired an older home with a 2 stall garage. Both buildings evidenced significant moss and algae staining, primarily on the roofs and porches, entrance doors. Having researched the... problem I hired EcoPro Power Washing to resolve the issue because they are gentle with the roof care,I was not present for the cleaning. The entire process with EcoPro was extremely professional and quick. We've used them multiple times. This last time was to clean our gutters. Jacob and Gennady were prompt, professional and thorough.... Due to mother nature, the service had to be rescheduled a couple of times, but EcoPro was always very communicative. I was skeptical even with a very good sales pitch. I’ve never seen this work before. I am totally AMAZED, the difference is STUNNING. The hand rails on the wrap around porch, like new, cleaned... all spindles too. Wooden 5/4 floorboards, like new. Ceiling woodwork, back to original. Hi! Sorry this took so long to post!Our gutters were dirty and clogged. I decided to call EcoPro when water started pouring out the sides of the gutter by our kitchen window “like a waterfall.” ... EcoPro respond right away and showed up within a couple of days.Jacob and Gennady showed up on time and were very polite, professional and did a tidy and thorough job. Our home is a tall Queen Anne and I was naturally concerned for their safety. Jacob assured me they do not take chances and explained upfront what their limitations were. I felt better after our meeting and went back inside and let them do their job. After they were finished we walked around and they pointed out where the clogs were and let me know what they did to address it.As sad as I am to no longer have a kitchen with a view of “the backside of a waterfall”… I am so glad I have clean and clear gutters.Thank you again Jacob and Gennady :-)(Photo is an old photo of our home… not one at the time of cleaning)read more

We had Eco Pro Power Wash power wash the outside of the house including windows. Green soffits that were hidden under black grime are green again. They went back over the windows with soft rinse so... no spots afterwards. Windows have never been so clean! They also power washed Trex deck back to immaculate, and cedar railings free of mold. Crew chief Dan came in to wash the window inside. Dan and crew went around the house several times to make sure job was perfect. We were absolutely delighted with their professionalism, friendliness, and perfection. Office Manager Barb couldn’t have been nicer. She returned my initial phone message in less than a day. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment, to the guys leaving my house, it couldn’t have been a better experience. The receptionist, Barb, is so nice and patient as I had to reschedule a... couple of times. She explained the process and what to expect and answered my questions thoroughly. She was such a pleasure to speak with. My back porch white railing had so much green and dirt, but Aaron did what it took and had it looking brand new. He washed the porch and it looked like so much better! I am so pleased.
