We have never had our house pressure washed before, but it really needed it as we live in the City of Binghamton, on a corner lot, and our house sits a little close to the road. Barb, in the office couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. She took the time to explain options to me and to explain what would happen the day of the washing. We had to reschedule once, due to a competing project, and they were so easy to work with! The day of the wash, Greg and Gennady came to perform the service. They were prompt and did a great job. The difference was just amazing! We had concerns about an area of the house that had some peeling paint, and they addressed those concerns thoroughly. My gutters were seriously backed up from the trees around my house, particularly the back one. It leaked so bad I thought it was Niagara Falls, the water coming in thru both sides of the basement window. I called EcoPro to have them cleared as I could not reach the back gutter (also did not have a ladder to reach as it is very high off the back deck). They gave me a date of July 7, asked if anything earlier. So put me on cancellation list. The next day, crew finished early so Barb sent them to my house. Gutters running clear now. Even more so! I got their name from roof cleaning signs and power washing they have done in this neighborhood. I live in Castle Gardens in Vestal. They are right down the street on 434. Call them!
