We had originally contacted EcoPro Power Washing to find out if they could change the bulbs in a spotlight high up in the peak of our house, in addition to cleaning a second story bay window we can't reach. They offered us two estimates ... one for the service we had in mind, and one for whole house exterior window cleaning. Their estimate for the whole house was very reasonable so we decided to have it all done. Everything arranged online, quick and easy. Good communications ... info provided in a timely manner. Very friendly staff. Did exactly what they said they would and changed the lightbulbs for us while they were here. Everything neat and tidy when the technician left. We will keep them in mind for further services in the spring.

They let us know when they were enroute for the appointment and were Very patient with all of our questions and also explaining what they were doing. It's a good thing we had the dryer vent cleaned. There was a huge amount of dryer lint in the venting. Aaron gave us helpful tips and suggestions. Everyone is very friendly at EcoPro. We appreciated the two women we spoke with initially. This started with the knowledgeable and personable 0ffice representative whom we first met with , as well as the two technicians who were on time, very professional, as well as personable to deal with. They continually protected all our plantings near the house, cleaned up any debris from their operation as well as making certain afterward that we were completely satisfied. They cleaned all surfaces that got overspray from their operation, including any windows, doors, stairs, etc., including, they completely cleaned and dried all glass surfaces that had been over sprayed. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Eco Pro Power Washing. Our house looks beautiful in spite of the old siding - Bailey and Gennady made it look like new! Just as impressive as the results was the excellent service. Gennady called me at the start of the wash to let me know they were there and were going to begin washing, and then called me at the end with a detailed summary of their work. They cleaned behind our shutters, washed our driveway, and even washed off our garbage and recycling bins free of any additional charge. They were polite, helpful, and respectful at all times. Sometimes if you want quality work you need to pay a little more, and while this service wasn't cheap, the work they did was more than worth the investment. I am happy to recommend them to anyone!
